For these cameras, you might be able to use the SPCA5xx driverwhich incorporates and, evidently, obsoletes this experimental driver. In reply to 52ROSt’s post on December 5, The new Skype is not the best which had been launched. Try to find the relevant line for your webcam. Your Logitech web cam should work out of the box.
